AJCS Rewards Club
Joining our AJCS Rewards Club is absolutely FREE and EASY to do in 3 simple steps, as outlined below. Being part of our Rewards Club means that you earn points as you go along and can redeem them for sweet, sweet discounts. Read on for the full deets!
Important things to note:
- make sure that you remember or make a note of the email address you use to sign up for an account. This email address is VITAL for you to be able to earn points!
- to earn points with each order, make sure that you are signed into your account before you make your purchase
- points are allocated to the account (email) that you are signed in to, and also to the account (email) that you enter at checkout, so make sure that you are using the same email address for both
Ooh! I want in! Where & how do I sign up?
1. On our homepage, click on the REWARDS tab located at the bottom left corner of the page, as below.
2. Create a new account either via your social log in, or by entering your email address & password, and first and last name.
*IMPORTANT: Please make sure you sign up using a valid email address that you will have access to each time you place your order, and make sure to double check for any spelling errors (including any punctuations).
3. Click the link in your email to activate your account
Great - now I'm signed up! How do I start earning points?
You earn points by completing certain actions, as outlined in the table below. To earn points from placing an order and/or leaving reviews, please make sure you are logged in to your account first.

*Placing an order earns you 1 point per $1 spent, which does not include taxes (GST) and shipping costs, as well as any discounts. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
For example, an order total of $156.75 that comprises of $10 shipping and $15 GST will earn you 131 points.
Points earned will appear in your account within 24 hours from an action being completed as above. If 24 hours has passed and the points are still not showing up in your account, please contact us by sending us an email to hello@ajcraftsupplies.com and we will help you.
How do I check my points balance?
At any given time, you may check on your points balance simply by signing in to your account, and clicking on the REWARDS tab in the bottom left corner of our homepage, as below.
How many points do I need to qualify for a discount code?

Ok. I've accumulated enough points to get a discount code! What should I do next?
Once you have accumulated/earned enough points for a discount, you will need to redeem your discount code by signing into your account, then clicking on the REWARDS tab on your homepage and clicking on the "Redeem" button.
After that, check your email for your unique discount code to use with your next purchase with us!
Note: Once you have redeemed a coupon code, your points balance will change to reflect this action.
Do my points and discount code expire?
Yes - they do. Points are valid for 3 months from date of issue, and discount codes - once redeemed - are valid for 1 month from date of issue. So make sure you are planning your purchases to fully utilise our Rewards Club discounts!
